Yesterday we had a good number of return Easter guests and first-time guests.
I believe every guest that I spoke with yesterday was invited to attend a small group by someone. Small groups are such an important part to our assimilation process.
Small groups provide a place for people to immediately connect relationally. We find that [...]

gbck’s first youth camp
Spoke at the camp’s opening session last night to about 30 students. Man, that was fun. About 10 campers responded to receiving Jesus as Lord and Savior!
I didn’t know what to expect. It’s a real mixed bag of campers. But there was a good energy for the first night. They [...]

Weekend Rewind and catching up.
A couple weeks ago I wrote about a Sunday service we had where the wheels seemed to come off. Well, our comeback Sunday (March 16) was waaaaay better. The feel in the services was night and day compared to the 9th. Good bunch of first and second time guests too.

Prayer and Fasting — Day 1
The first day was tough; it always is for me. Killer headache for most of the day.
I usually feel great after the mid-point of the second day.
Prayed with Julie last night. Haven’t done that in a while.
Number one prayer: That we all fall in love with Jesus more.
I have some prayer time carved out this [...]

Weekend Rewind
Crazy busy this past weekend.
We painted Mauka Lani’s cafeteria on Friday and Saturday. Took about 15 hours to finish. The cafeteria looks SHARP! It’s bright, big, and clean looking. Thanks to everyone who helped. The school is stoked.
Excellent meetings with Kevin York, executive director for Every Nation. Kevin mainly [...]
